Standard kitchen cabinet doors can be given a new look to create the illusion that they are newer than they are real? The answer is yes! It is very easy to give the impression that, I do it myself before!
At least three options that I came across when I was looking to try to improve my cooking on the cheap.
1) Repaint the existing door.
This may seem like a strange idea, but you really just paint cabinet door in new colors for you. I personally perform this procedure, and almost as easy as it sounds. The only problem is that you have to unscrew the hinges and also manage your kitchen cupboard doors to completely cover the new painting. It can be quite a task every closet door has two hinges which normally have to open the lid and you may even want to release cabinet door hinges as well.
Once you have removed your kitchen cabinet doors from the kitchen door carcass, then they have to take off a good grip. The handle should be removed so that you can paint the entire surface and also ensure that you do not get paint on the handle.
I would also say that you have a large area to paint your cabinet doors, maybe if the weather is nice outside space. If you do not have outdoor space is large enough, then you can still use old newspaper to cover your floor and put an old cupboard doors in this site before starting work.
The type of paint you want to use really depends on the material of your kitchen cabinet doors are made of. The door was made of wood, which allows me to use a paint timber, however, it took two coats to get the right look so keep this in mind.
2) Includes the door.
The next option is the one that my friends were surprised with when I arrive in a new place. I live in a house together with some other friends and I moved to a room that had a sink and some cabinets installed.
I thought I should do something with space to put his own stamp on it, however, my friends beat me to it! I arrived at work one day to find that my room had been transformed with a new coat of paint and also my closet has been given a make over as well!
The house was not our own, so we do not have much money to spare in a safe place, but two of my friends are students of art and they use their imagination instead. They had covered the kitchen cabinet doors in PVC coating that is brilliant dark red color. Now I would not recommend this type of display for your own home, but if you want to brighten up rented premises, then it is perfect. They have blocked the bottom layer of PVC with double-sided foam sticky notes that out pretty easily, so we do not lose our deposit at the end of the contract.
